Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.
Effective date: September 30, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information HerWellChapter (“we”, “us”) collects from visitors to this site, and how it’s used.
Analytics and advertising tags: with your agreement, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which content resonates with our readers — for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked — and the Pinterest Tag, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits that come from Pinterest. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, and campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived from. This data is processed by Google and Pinterest under their own privacy policies. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not collect your email address through these tools.
Contact form: if you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. This information is stored securely and is only accessible to our editorial team — we do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Accounts and newsletter: HerWellChapter does not currently offer visitor accounts or a newsletter. The only login on this site is for our internal editorial team.
Cookies and your choices: analytics and advertising cookies and tags are used only if you agree. When you first visit, nothing optional is turned on until you choose: you can Accept all, Reject all, or pick by category (Analytics, Advertising). Strictly necessary storage — remembering your cookie choice on your device — is always on, because the site could not honor your choice without it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, and we will ask again after 12 months or if this policy changes. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to read the site.
Your rights: depending on where you live (for example, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or certain US states such as California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To make a request, reach out through our Contact page.
Affiliate links: some articles contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure page for details.
